Zinc Borate


    3N® ZB-353 is a special fine particle size zinc borate, which is a high efficient flame retardant, smoke suppressant in polyamides, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, epoxy, polyesters, thermoplastic elastomers, and rubber based formulation s.   

    Zinc borate, ZB-353,can be used in halogen-containing system alone or replace certain percentage of antimony trioxide.  It can also be used in halogen-free systems alone or together with aluminum trihydrate and magnesium hydroxide.

    ZB-353 is available in 25 kg paper bags or 1000 kg super sacks.  Other packing is also available at request.
